Below the the coat of arms of Grand Master Wignacourt and of the Order of St. John there is a radiating sun with the motto OMNIBUS IDEM which means the same to all - the sun is “shining for everyone" which is on the fountain at the base of St. James Cavalier, facing the ruins of the Royal Opera House, Valletta.
